Pioneer Park is a large complex with hundreds of different sites, and there are always new members coming in! If you are interested in becoming a member and owning your very own site at Pioneer Park, you are in luck because it is very easy!

2012 has been a banner year for Membership sales.  We have had roughly 25 membership transfers  from fall of 2012 through summer of 2013.  To own your own wonderful site at Pioneer Park, you first have to have the interest, so you are on the right road by checking here. The second step would be to make an appointment to tour the park. Just give us a call!

Since Pioneer Park is member owned, you make an offer to the owner of the site when you have found what you are looking for. If the owner likes your offer, you are ready to join the rested and relaxed at Pioneer Park Camp Resort! Your membership is approved by the Board of Directors, who are members elected by members, and you are free to enjoy the many features of the resort. It is that easy! Pioneer Park is a member owned campground with annual dues currently set at $880.00 per year. Included in your dues, at no additional cost, are water, sewer and real estate taxes. Additional costs include Town of Delton Personal Property taxes on improvements to your site, electricity (each site has its own meter), and, if wanted, land line telephone. Plus there is the access to the pools, sand volleyball, tennis and Basketball courts, and other fun stuff which you can check out at the activities page! This is a great deal considering your proximity to the greater Dells area and that the competitors charged over $1,000 with less benefits!
